If you were notified that your data is low you will need to provide a screenshot of the data usage for your device.
Please follow the steps below and include the screenshot in the Upload Screenshot field.
- Open the Settings Application.
- Select the Cellular option.
- Scroll Down so that all of the applications are visible on the screen.
- Take a screenshot by pressing the Power Button and the Home Button at the same time. The screen will flash when the screenshot is successful.
