Below are all the office locations that DMS currently conducts Direct Sales for our clients. Per the Non-Compete agreement you are required to sign before joining our organization. Anything within a 75 mile radius of these office locations will be considered a breach of your Non-Compete agreement with DMS if there ever comes a time that you or DMS dissolves your current contact with DMS and before your Non-Complete agreement expires you attempt to represent our client by either obtaining your own Direct Sales contract with our client or becoming an employee and/or 1099 contractor under another company's contract which is contracted by our clients performing the same or similar services that you performed while with DMS.
